Thursday 18^th Kentra Bay to head of Loch Moidart via south channel 4.5 miles, wind NW 0-2, 15 minutes motor, set off 13:00 arrived 14.10.

Thursday 18^th Castle on Loch Moidart to Arisaig via north channel 8 miles, wind NW  0-1 2 hours, 2 hours motor, set off 14:30 arrived 20:10.
